Welcome to EYHBCJuly 18, 2010
Thank you for visiting the EYH Booster Club website! We are excited to share with you our progress and our plans for the upcoming hockey season!
Our brief history: Everett Youth Hockey (EYH) began with the 2002-2003 season shortly after the Comcast Community Rink opened. As the EYH program has grown, so have the needs of the more than 200 kids currently involved in the program starting its 7th year. Everything from more ice time for practices and games, additional specialized instruction, protective gear, skates, goalie equipment and game jerseys are always in demand.
The EYH Booster Club seeks to help provide assistance to meet those needs. Through fundraising, sponsorships and booster dues; the goal of EYHBC is to provide those additional ice times, hardship scholarships, and assist in purchasing gear for the EYH program and its players as the association continues to develop and grow.
The booster club has been a dream for many hockey parents for a long time. Gary Gusinsky, one of those hockey parents and current Board of Trustees Director, got the "puck moving" over a year ago when conversations began as to how a booster club could assist the EYH program. With a lot of hard work and the help of other hockey parents and supporters, the EYH Booster Club became a reality in June 2010.
