EYHBC Fireworks Stand
June 13, 2013As you know the EYHBC is operating a firework stand in the Wal-Mart parking lot on 164th in Lynnwood from June 28th to July 4th. We are hoping to have at least 3 adults at all times while the stand is open. We also are in need of volunteers to run a separate table selling Brown Bear Car Wash tickets. This would only require one person to run , I have no issues with a responsible youth(s) operating this table. Attached is a Google Document /sign up sheet, this is a live sign up, so as you enter your hours you can work, it updates immediately. If the times are full that your available to help out, NO PROBLEM!!!! Come on down anyway!! We would love the kids to come down too. What we do ask though is not to enter them onto the spreadsheet as a volunteer unless for the car wash sales. We also ask that the kids unless asked, do their best to stay out of the tent. It just creates traffic and crowding within the tent and all around chaos....we will have opportunities for the kids to help, such as holding the arrows pointing to the stand and handing out flyers at the Wal-Mart entrance.
We look forward to this event and are hoping for a very successful fundraiser....
