Everett Youth Hockey (EYH) is excited to announce the selection of its Recreational Coaches for the upcoming 2013-14 season! With a significant amount of returning coaches and the infusion of many gifted new coaches, we expect to provide the most rewarding experience for all of our players and parents within the EYH family.
The new leadership of EYH led by Garry Davidson, General Manager of the Everett Silvertips, and Jerry Weir, General Manager of Everett Youth Hockey, is dedicated to ensuring that all EYH Players, regardless of whether they be Tier II or Recreational level, receive equal playing time throughout the season in an environment that fosters a passion for the sport of hockey. Each Division, Mites through Midgets, will have a dedicated Division Head that will oversee the player selection process, practice plan development and execution, and serve as a resource for each of the coaches within the Division to reach out to for support.
Our intent is to publish the coaches for all Recreational Teams that we believe will be able to field today in order to have them in place for the evaluation sessions slated for next week. In the coming weeks, as we obtain a better understanding of the overall registration numbers, we will announce the selection of additional coaches to lead additional Recreational Teams and B Teams as they are formed.
